In order to ensure that your drums are handled and packaged safely (conditioning), you need to know their inventory. Our drum measuring system enables you to determine the nuclear content of your drums. The combination of the Scanner with a buffer memory for your drums enables you to perform automated, continuous measurement without operator intervention. The size can be flexibly adapted to local conditions, as can the number of drums to be buffered.
Using our measurement stations, you can reliably determine the type and extent of radiation exposure from your drums or pellets/compacted drums.
Incorporating several probes allows you to take measurements at different positions of the drum.
The centring device using a barrel clamp ensures that the drums are optimally aligned for the measurement. Operator intervention is no longer necessary and the risk of radiation exposure during manual centring is eliminated.
Alternatively, the centring can also be performed using sensors. This is particularly advantageous if drums with different diameters require positioning (no dependence on format).
