The 24V roller conveyor curve consists of a sturdy welded or bolted frame, one or two motorized rollers, and several driven rollers.
The rollers are driven by the motorized roller installed in the centre. All rollers have a conical design to provide slip-free conveying without drifting to one side. V-ribbed or round belts are used as drive elements. A control module is used to control the motorized roller and can be used to set different speeds.
The inside curve angle enclosed can be adapted to your requirements, but should be at least 30° and at most 90°. Curve angles at more than 90° are made of several elements.
A clever arrangement of different curves and straight lines can contribute to very good adaptations in difficult spatial conditions.
