Our chain elevating transfer unit with electric cylinder is a component for heavier conveyed materials.
It consists of a sturdy welded or bolted frame with an electrical cylinder that performs the lifting or pushing movement. Sometimes, the operator or customer also makes specifications for the media to be used (compressed air, electricity, hydraulics). So if heavier weights (up to 100 kg) are used and no media other than electricity must be used, this is the right product.
In this transfer unit, the lifting element is designed as a chain conveyor. This can of course also be implemented as a toothed or flat belt version.
